Frequently asked questions
1. What services does Bright Future Home Care provide?
We offer personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, mobility assistance, and more. We also specialize in dementia care, Alzheimer’s support, and end-of-life care.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes, we provide services through Medicaid programs including CDPAP and DirectCare. Even if you don't have Medicaid, we also accept private pay clients — so your loved ones can still receive the care they need.
How do I get started with care services?
Getting started is easy! Call us at 610-466-5715 or fill out our form at brightfuturehomecare.org. We’ll schedule a free in-home assessment to understand your needs and match you with the right care plan.
Are your caregivers trained and certified?
Yes, our Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) are fully trained, background-checked, and meet all state certification requirements to ensure quality and compassionate care.
Can you help with Alzheimer’s or dementia care?
Absolutely. Our caregivers are specially trained to provide patient, respectful support for individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory-related conditions — all in the comfort and familiarity of home.
What is the Pennsylvania CDPAP program and who qualifies?
In Pennsylvania, the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services (CDPAS) program allows eligible Medicaid recipients to hire and manage their own caregivers — including trusted family members or friends (excluding spouses). This gives individuals more control over who provides their care. Our team will walk you through the process to see if you or your loved one qualifies.
