Licensed Pennsylvania Home Care Agency

The same caregiver, every single visit.

Most agencies send whoever is available that morning. We assign one caregiver to one family and staff schedules that are worth their while — which is why they stay.

Why families choose us

Four things we do differently

One caregiver, not a rotation

Your mother should not have to explain where the towels are to a new person every week. We assign one caregiver and keep them on your case.

Schedules our caregivers can live on

We take cases of twenty hours a week and up. Agencies that split people across six four-hour clients lose them within a month — and you feel that as turnover. Ours stay because the work is worth keeping.

Your family's language

Our caregivers speak English, Spanish, Persian and Slovak. So does the person who answers the phone. Nos puede llamar y hablar en español.

Common questions

What families ask us first

How quickly can care start?

Once we have completed the assessment and confirmed how care is being paid for, we can usually place a caregiver within a few days. Hospital discharges move faster — tell us the discharge date when you call.

What does it cost?

Rates depend on the level of care and the schedule, so we quote after the free in-home assessment rather than guessing over the phone. If your family qualifies for Community HealthChoices, the VA, or has a long-term care policy, your out-of-pocket cost may be nothing at all.

Is there a minimum number of hours?

Yes — we staff cases of twenty hours a week and up. That is not an upsell. It is the only way to assign one consistent caregiver instead of rotating strangers through the house, because a caregiver cannot build a living out of four-hour visits. If you need less than that right now, tell us and we will point you to an agency built for short visits.

Are your caregivers screened?

Every caregiver clears a Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check and a child abuse clearance, is verified through E-Verify, and completes competency evaluation before entering a client's home.

Do you take Medicaid?

We are enrolled with Pennsylvania Medical Assistance as an Attendant Care and Personal Assistance Service provider. Whether your specific plan will authorize us depends on your managed care organization and your service coordinator — call us and we will tell you honestly where you stand.

¿Hablan español?

Sí. Nuestros cuidadores y la persona que contesta el teléfono hablan español. Llámenos al 610-466-5715 y podemos atenderle en español de principio a fin.
