About us

A small agency, built around one idea

That the person who walks into your mother's house should be the same person who walked in last week.

Why we run it this way

Nearly every complaint families have about home care comes down to one thing: turnover. A new face every week. Somebody who does not know that your father takes his coffee before his pills, or that your mother will not admit she is in pain unless you ask her twice.

Turnover is not bad luck. It is the predictable result of how most agencies schedule. When a caregiver is sent to six different clients for four hours each, they spend their day driving, they never earn a full week, and within a month they leave for a job at a warehouse that pays the same without the mileage.

So we built the schedule differently. We take cases of twenty hours a week and up, assign one caregiver to one family, and pay above the local rate. The caregiver gets a real job. The family gets the same person. Those two things are the same decision.

Licensed, enrolled, and verifiable

  • Licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health as a Home Care Agency — License #85343601
  • Enrolled with Pennsylvania Medical Assistance as an Attendant Care and Personal Assistance Service provider
  • Every caregiver clears a Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check and a child abuse clearance
  • Employment eligibility verified through E-Verify
  • Competency evaluation completed before any caregiver enters a client's home

You do not have to take our word for any of that. The license number is public, and you can check it.

Languages

Our caregivers speak English, Spanish, Persian and Slovak. In a city like Allentown that is not a nice extra — for a lot of families it is the difference between care that works and care that does not. Nos puede llamar y hablar en español.

Where we work

Lehigh, Monroe and Northampton counties, with an office on West Tilghman Street in Allentown. We are licensed in several more counties — see the full list.

What we will tell you honestly

If your family needs four hours a week, we are the wrong agency, and we will say so on the first call rather than after we have driven out to your house. If a program we cannot bill is the better answer for you, we will tell you that too.

There are dozens of home care agencies in the Lehigh Valley. Being the one that gives you a straight answer on the phone is not a bad way to stand out.
